Financial Donations
More than 82% of Cornerstone's revenue is directed to meet the needs of those we serve. Meeting our annual fundraising goal is not possible without the support of individuals, faith communities, civic groups, and area businesses and corporations.

We are prepared to accept donations of stock, and contributions directly withdrawn from your checking account. Call 952-884-0376 or email courtney@cornerstonemn.org for more information.

Used cell phones and ink cartridges:
Donate used cell phones and ink cartridges from your home and office. The cell phones are sent to Funding Factory to be recycled and Cornerstone receives payment for each phone or cartridge received. If you would like flyers to distribute around the office please contact: andig@cornerstonemn.org

Inkind Donations:
Make an inkind donation as a project for yourself, your family, your neighborhood, church group, civic organization, scout troop or the guests at your party! If you have any questions about specific inkind donations, you may call 952-884-0376 and ask for the donation line or email donations@cornerstonemn.org.

Wish List for Emergency Shelter


Residential Services provides emergency and extended stay safe housing, transitional housing and all of the supportive programming families need to truly be survivors of domestic abuse. Continuing needs include:

  • New clothing for women sizes XL-3X and youth of all sizes
  • New shoes for women and youth of all sizes
  • New pajamas for women and youth of all sizes
  • New socks and undergarments for women and youth of all sizes
  • Hair products- family size bottles of shampo, conditioner, lotion and hairbrushes/combs/picks/ethnic hair care products
  • New bath towels and washcloths
  • Laundry supplies and household cleaning products
  • New full sheet sets, pillows and pillowcases
  • Non-perishable healthy food items
  • Canned baby food and formula
  • Disposable diapers, pull-ups and baby wipes
  • Target/Walmart/Cub/Rainbow gift cards

Client Services includes a comprehensive continuum of programming for adults, children and the family unit. Continuing needs include:

  • MTC Bus passes or tokens for families without transportation
  • Funding for interpreters for non-English-speaking, deaf or mute clients
  • Gift cards for a local gas station
  • Supplies of your choice to create art or music
  • Healthy snacks and juice boxes for children during support group
  • Gift cards to a grocery store for families who cannot use the area food shelf

Items for clients that would be fun/relaxing during a stressful time:

  • Movie theater passes
  • Gift certificates for a family dinner at a local restaurant
  • Gift certificates for a haircut, massage or manicure
  • Non-violent themed DVD's and CD's
  • Books for adults and youth
  • Board games for adults and youth

Children's Room Needs:

  • Plush baby blocks
  • Cardboard brick sets
  • Soft baby books
  • Children's musical instruments
  • Large plastic trucks - not metal
  • Fake plastic food for the kiddie kitchen
  • Floor puzzles - large pieces
  • Beanbag chairs
  • Beanbag toss games
  • Nerf balls - not light up or noisey
